Privacy & Safety

No. Your phone number and direct contact details stay hidden until you choose to share them, or accept a contact request from a match.

Our trust & safety team reviews every report within 24-48 hours and can warn, suspend or permanently block the account depending on severity.

Yes — you can block any member instantly from their profile or from a conversation, and you can hide your profile from specific communities or locations in your privacy settings.

Your profile is removed from active search and matching within 30 days of deletion. Some records may be retained longer where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Billing & Membership

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your Subscription settings at any time. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

No, the Free plan's monthly interest allowance resets each month and does not carry over.

Yes, we send a reminder email a few days before any automatic renewal charge, so you always have time to make a change.
