Refund Policy

We want VivahWala to be worth your money — or to leave you whole if it isn't.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a premium plan if you have not used premium features, found your match within the 30-day window, or a technical issue prevented you from using the service.

Pro-rated refunds

If you have used the service partially, we calculate a pro-rated refund based on the remaining days in your billing cycle minus a 15% administrative fee.

Non-refundable items

Profile boosts that have already been consumed. Add-ons such as dedicated relationship manager sessions, once attended.

How to request

Write to refunds@vivahwala.com with your registered email, profile ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
