Content & ownership

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant VivahWala a limited licence to display, watermark and process your content as needed to operate the platform.

Payments & subscriptions

Subscription plans renew unless cancelled. Refunds follow our refund policy. Taxes (including GST) are applied as per Indian law.

Limitation of liability

VivahWala is a platform for introductions; we do not guarantee outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
